CNN News Anchor Abducted By Green Goblin, Saved By Spider-Man

In the most entertaining segment of the TV coverage of the Times Square celebration welcoming the new year, CNN news anchor Anderson Cooper, who was hosting CNN's coverage of the festivities with co-host for the evening irrepressible bad girl Kathy Griffin, was abducted by Julie Taymor's Green Goblin in an attempt to force him to be news anchor for GG's planned new TV network. GG's plan was foiled, however, by the timely arrival of Ms. Taymor's Spider-Man who rescued Mr. Cooper from a fate worse than being forced to be news anchor for the Fox Network. The whole thing was captured on video and streamed live on the Times Square Jumbotron. The video follows.
