Update (9:33 AM Eastern on 24 Jun): Glorioski! I just found out what I have to do in order to sell the Kindle edition of A Deed of Dreadful Note for a list price of $1 and have done the, um, deed. The price change will be reflected on the eBook's Amazon Kindle page within the next 24 hours. My apologies to all those who forked over $2.99 for a copy.
